Sometimes a camera may lose connection to the main switching device during a live production. This can be a result of low-quality WiFi, an unexpected phone call, low battery, etc.
If any of these events occur, you can quickly recover a camera source or replace it in your production while recording is still taking place.
If A Camera Drops Out During A Production, Use These Steps To Get It Back
Completely close the app on the affected device.
Re-launch the app, and choose "Use As Camera".
Open the "Inputs" tab on your main switching device.
Tap the device to re-synchronize and add it to your production.
If you have "Record On All Cameras" enabled, a new video clip will begin once the camera is synced.
